Lots to like here…the band sounds like they enjoy making music and thats what counts. Sure people raise an eyebrow once they hear who fathered the lead singer but in the end its more about the music than the roots. 

Will def. keep an eye and an ear out for ‘em here in NYC.  More to come…

I always enjoy music more when I know absolutley nothing about the artist.  Truth be told I think that labels get it all so wrong and ruin most bands and artists by packaging them up based on sales and demos and seasons and all kinds of other formulas.

Here is Phoenix.  Never heard of them, but I dig their sound.
